Centralized media desk coordinated cards/ingest across three stages; editors pushed rolling selects in near-real time while field units continued capture.
Airspace cleared with venue for timed drone windows; 360 nodes placed for crowd sweeps and stage transitions.
This was a single-day, high-tempo deployment: compact footprint, continuous capture, verified outputs. CBGB Fest’s return under the bridge got documented end-to-end, live and in post.
